This machine is designed uniquely with the concept to produce
a Bridge between Conventional and CNC Turning Machine. To
facilitate many requirement of CNC turning Machine, where
complexity and variety is more as compare to quantity of job, this
machine is ideal because of its unique simple operating features.
The operating system of machine has all the turning cycles
predefined skillfully and operator has to give only required
parameters of the job. Main advantage of this machine is that the
operator having knowledge of operating conventional lathe machine
can easily operate this machine without having any knowledge of
CNC programming. Some of such cycles are illustrated bellow:
The basic structure of the machine is nothing but a flat bed
conventional lathe. The spindle of the machine is driven by gears to
get maximum power and it is also supported by ac variable drive to
get step less variable spindle RPM. Both the axes are controlled by
high resolution and high power stepper motors through precision Ball
Screw assemblies. Carriage is precisely matched on Hardened & Ground
Guide ways by applying Turcite-B in-between both for agility.
Machine provided with 2 electronic hand wheels to control both axis
simultaneously. Precision quick change tool post is selected to
accommodate various turning and boring tools. CNC Controller
is also capable to store the offset of 15 predefined tools which are
frequently used. The machine is also equipped with Centralized
lubrication system,
Coolant Fittings, and Chip Tray etc.
