This machine is designed prudently to fulfill every necessity of
precision CNC turning applications. one piece, well ribbed, 45
slanted bed is designed for maximum rigidity and easy chip disposal
to sustain for long period of life. Carriage is precisely matched on
Hardend and ground guide-ways by applying turcite-B in-between both
for agility. Carriage movements are accurately controlled by digital
servo motors through highly accurate ground Ball-Screw assemblies.
To get the optimum performance of machine, precision spindle is
housed in a cartridge and suspiciously arranged with additional
revolving components. Digital Servo spiindle motor is preferred to
give optimal power and intellectual controls to precision spindle.
Other performance accounting features like Tool Turret, Live
Tailstock, Lubrication system, Hydraulic system, Coolant systems are
skillfully designed and selected. Entire machine is housed in a
pleasntly aesthetic encluser with easy accessibility and safety. Out
